  • Guest：We stayed at Oasia Suites Kuala Lumpur (Far East Hospitality) for just one night, and overall it was a decent short stay. The location is great and very convenient. Our room was on a high floor (around the 20th or 22nd, I can’t quite remember), with high ceilings and a lovely view of the KL Tower — that was definitely a highlight. The space was ample, which we appreciated, and we liked the extra amenities provided in the room. However, there were a few downsides. Upon check-in, the staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. It felt a little transactional rather than warm. We also noticed visible footprints on the floor, and it felt dusty when walking barefoot. There was a card in the room mentioning ongoing renovations, so that might have contributed to the condition. Since we were only staying one night and had errands to run, we didn’t call housekeeping. Additionally, the bidet hose was leaking, which was quite troublesome as it ended up getting my clothes wet. Overall, the room size, ceiling height, and KL Tower view were great positives. With improved housekeeping and warmer service at check-in, the experience could have been much better.
  • Guest：家庭出游在这个公寓住了4个晚上，洗衣机里面的烘乾功能是不能用的。有一个小厨房，我们都买了方便麪和鸡蛋、青菜回来煮。对于家庭出游来説，太适合了。
  • Guest：Excellent stay, within 15 min walking distance from main attractions, great aminities, swimming pool, gym and great room views.
  • Guest：説实话还是有点失望，酒店比想象的旧，早餐也的确不适合中国人口味，淋浴是电热的，洗澡不能放开了洗，后悔订了四天还是不可退的。 优点是位置不错，旁边有711，走一段有几家餐馆，屋顶有泳池可以看到吉隆坡塔，其他就没啥了。还是给了四分是考虑到吉隆坡的物价，可能还算可以吧。
