家庭出游在這個公寓住了4個晚上，洗衣機里面的烘乾功能是不能用的。有一個小廚房，我們都買了方便麪和雞蛋、青菜回來煮。對于家庭出游來説，太適合了。

Excellent stay, within 15 min walking distance from main attractions, great aminities, swimming pool, gym and great room views.

説實話還是有點失望，酒店比想象的舊，早餐也的確不適合中國人口味，淋浴是電熱的，洗澡不能放開了洗，后悔訂了四天還是不可退的。
優點是位置不錯，旁邊有711，走一段有幾家餐館，屋頂有泳池可以看到吉隆坡塔，其他就沒啥了。還是給了四分是考慮到吉隆坡的物價，可能還算可以吧。

本次入住公寓室酒店共計三天，房間有洗衣機也能烘衣服，廚房設備和餐桌對于家庭來說很方便，房間空間大，打掃人員服務非常棒也整理的很乾凈。小小可惜的是吹風機有點老舊，不大好使用。前臺電話在晚上期間較少有服務人員回應。

We stayed at Oasia Suites Kuala Lumpur (Far East Hospitality) for just one night, and overall it was a decent short stay.
The location is great and very convenient. Our room was on a high floor (around the 20th or 22nd, I can’t quite remember), with high ceilings and a lovely view of the KL Tower — that was definitely a highlight. The space was ample, which we appreciated, and we liked the extra amenities provided in the room.
However, there were a few downsides. Upon check-in, the staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. It felt a little transactional rather than warm.
We also noticed visible footprints on the floor, and it felt dusty when walking barefoot. There was a card in the room mentioning ongoing renovations, so that might have contributed to the condition. Since we were only staying one night and had errands to run, we didn’t call housekeeping.
Additionally, the bidet hose was leaking, which was quite troublesome as it ended up getting my clothes wet.
Overall, the room size, ceiling height, and KL Tower view were great positives. With improved housekeeping and warmer service at check-in, the experience could have been much better.

I managed to wash d family’s laundry and got it dry during the stay.

This hotel truly offers a special atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond; our names were even on a welcome board! We were upgraded and treated like VIPs. The general manager clearly fosters excellent hospitality. Even a waiter moonlighting as a village trekking guide made our experience unforgettable. It felt more like a home than a hotel. If you're looking for authentic warmth and connection, this is it!

I would like to provide some feedback regarding the elevators.
The elevators have been running quite slowly recently, especially during peak hours, which results in long waiting times.

Enjoyed my stay here very much! Booked a studio room and it is spacious, love the amenities available for me, there’s a mini kitchen which I didn’t get to use , a washing machine, kitchen sink, microwave and cooking tool. I chosen this hotel as they fit my requirements for amenities ! Love that I can visit the gym everyday and any point in time. Gym is big and open 24/7. Location may not be the most convenient, it’s around 15 mins walk to pavilion KL but grab is easy and convenient. Services provided by the hotel is top notch too, love every details they made. Keeping the place clean was really something i appreciate a lot.
