Location is strategic, rooftop view is extraordinary with KL Tower! Family friendly concept. However, there is a set back the maintenance wasn't up to expectation and room sewage smell slight obvious. I've requested a good view during my birthday staycation. Unfortunately, the front office inform they forgot the arrangement and give us free breakfast. My room was facing opposite building view Room 1705.

The hotel location is strategically close to the KLCC twin towers and the bukit bintang (Pavillion). Even the new TRX mall is just 10 min away.
The suite is spacious and perfect for family.
Our room had air cond issue the first night, they were quick to change us into another room.
The front desk screw were friendly and helpful despite many guests.

The hotel design was very cozy and bright, the staff was very helpful too, location in city centre. However our bed has dents that caused our backs to hurt and we dont really have a great sleep.

A stylish hotel with a fantastic central location. The room was clean and modern, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

空间很大，很乾净。床跟枕头都很舒服，闹中取静，附近就有7-11 & family mart. 出门不就有bus 去到市区，离KLCC也不远 非常棒的公寓式酒店。

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was good and the staff were friendly. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The facilities were well maintained, and my room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely great value for money. Breakfast was decent with a nice mix of Malaysian delights like nasi lemak as well as Western options. Overall, a satisfying experience and I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

非常舒适宽敞的空间，卧房外可以直接看到吉隆坡塔，饭店给我们安排在17楼，采光、视野极佳。房间内有洗衣机和烘乾机可免费使用，游泳池和健身房可无限使用 ??
连住4晚每天清洁人员都会来打扫，非常乾净。整体住宿体验太好，下次一定会选择再入住。????????
