位置可以，步行去双峯塔十来分钟，对面有个小吃店，旁边有个711。香格里拉在旁边，还算比较安全。其他的还行吧，和国内比设施稍微陈旧了一点，工作人员都比较友好

stayed at this hotel for 10 days, checking in on August 3rd. My family arrived earlier at 12:00 pm, while I checked in at midnight. We had booked the Family Suite (three bedrooms), units 1401 and 1402.Suite 1402 appeared to be out of service. Upon arrival, I found the amenities to be old, with a strong humidity odor. The sink was blocked, and the bathroom was leaking. I reported this immediately, but the night receptionist informed me I would have to wait until morning to change rooms, which was disappointing.
The next morning, the receptionist Sue who was very helpful moved me to suite 3104. This suite was average in condition, with a broken AC and laundry machine, both of which were fixed later during my stay. However, the shower had a design flaw that caused water to leak outside the suite.In suite 1401, we discovered worms, ants, and cockroaches the following day. This issue was also reported and later resolved.Positively, the swimming pool and breakfast were enjoyable.
I strongly recommend that hotel management consider renovations, or at least replace all bed sheets and blankets, as they have an unpleasant odor.

Расположение отличное - в центре, башни в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Сам отель не новый, но за эту цену в самом центре - хороший вариант. Уборку делают, бельё чистое и в целом вроде достаточно уютно, но много пыли (шторы, мягкая мебель и т. д.) если кто-то с аллергией... Залог с нас не брали, только туристический сбор. В общем, останавливаться можно.

I stayed at Oasia Suites from 25th to 28th. I arrived around 12 PM, but since check-in is at 3 PM, I requested early check-in. They allowed it but charged 200 RM, which I paid. Unfortunately, no staff assisted me on the way to the room.
After one day, I found water leaking in both rooms from the AC units, which was very disappointing given the price. Service cleaned it up, but it shouldn’t have happened.
The location is good, but the breakfast was average—about 40 RM, with limited food and variety. Overall, not a satisfying experience for the cost.

房间位于高楼层. 空间算大.舒适.
厕所浴室是硬伤,
洗手间区域规划得太小,使用不方便. 且冲水声持续不停.
没有浴盆只有淋浴. 门板跟洗手间共用一个滑动门板,
洗澡水流会溢出到门板外,整个地板到处都是.
床单的清洁度不佳, 有不明残渍.
整体清洁度在这价位算勉强接受.
